Classes That Help You Move Better
Pain Free Denver offers small-group movement classes that meet people where they are — from those just starting to move again to people who want to stay active, steady, and comfortable in daily life.
Our classes focus on:
improving balance and coordination
restoring posture and alignment
reducing stiffness and unnecessary strain
building confidence in how you move
Overall, you’ll learn exercises that improve posture and alignment, which naturally change how you sit, stand, and move throughout your day. Classes are thoughtfully taught with options for many ability levels — no need to be “fit” to benefit.
The classes run on a quarterly basis. If you have questions or would like to try a Continuing Core or Functional Motion class during the current session, feel free to reach out—I can help get you started now if needed.

Not at this time. Pain Free Denver focuses entirely on group classes and guided programs. If you’re looking for one-on-one support, we’re happy to refer you our to trusted mentors who work online via Zoom.
