Helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

Through posture-focused group classes designed to improve alignment, balance, stability, flexibility, and functional strength.

About Stasia

Pain is common — but it is not normal. I like to call it a signal, like a yellow or red light telling you to slow down or stop (and make a change). When the body is properly aligned and supported, it can move with greater ease, confidence, and efficiency.

While I previously worked one-on-one with clients, I now focus exclusively on group classes, offered both in person and online. This allows me to support more people consistently while creating a motivating, supportive environment where real change can happen.

Why I Do What I Do

In 2010, after a knee injury from skiing and a strain during rehabilitation, I developed severe neck, back, and shoulder pain that lasted more than two years. I couldn’t wipe down a kitchen counter, let alone run, swim, lift, or do the activities I loved.

After trying countless therapies without lasting relief, a neighbor introduced me to the Egoscue Method. For the first time, I understood that my pain wasn’t random — it was the result of postural misalignment and muscular compensation.

Through simple, consistent postural exercises, my pain decreased, my posture improved, and my body began to heal. That experience changed my life — and ultimately my work.

Alignment Comes First

Postural therapy taught me that pain often comes from dysfunctional and compensating muscles — not age, heredity, damage, or weakness alone.

Through simple, consistent postural exercises, alignment improves and movement becomes easier, more balanced, and less painful.

This principle of restoring alignment first forms the foundation of all the classes I teach today.

Functional Motion: Restoring Balance & Alignment

Functional Motion classes are based on the posture therapy principles of the Egoscue Method — the same approach that first helped me recover from years of chronic neck and back pain.

These classes focus on gentle but powerful postural exercises designed to restore balance to the body. As muscles begin working the way they were created to, many people experience reduced pain, improved posture, and greater ease of movement.

Participants often notice improvements in everyday activities like walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

For many people, Functional Motion is where their alignment journey begins.

From Healing to Strength

Foundation Training focuses on hip hinging, decompression breathing, and whole-body integrated exercises that strengthen the muscles of the posterior chain while helping decompress the spine.

These movements teach the body how to distribute load properly through the hips and legs instead of the back, helping you move more efficiently in everyday life.

Over time, many participants notice improvements in strength, flexibility, stability, and overall movement quality, making activities like bending, lifting, walking, and exercising feel easier and more natural.

Core & Pelvic Floor Health for Women

This class focuses on strengthening the core and pelvic floor through safe, alignment-based exercises designed to improve stability, function, and overall movement.

The exercises I teach draw from my training as a MUTU Pro™ as well as Sarah Duvall’s Postpartum Fitness Certification, combining evidence-based approaches to help women build strength and restore confidence in their bodies.

This class is a great follow-up for women who have completed the MUTU System™ online program, but participation in MUTU is not required.

MUTU’s online program can be an excellent foundation for women struggling with diastasis recti, incontinence, or pelvic floor weakness, and many women find that continuing to practice these principles in a group class helps reinforce strength, alignment, and long-term progress.

Many women find that practicing the Continuing Core class principles in an ongoing group setting helps reinforce strength, alignment, and long-term progress.
