Corrective Exercise

"Muscles move bones". Pete Egoscue taught me so much with this one simple phrase. Once you give your muscles corrective input and correct muscle memory your joints are able to move and function in alignment and greatly reduce or altogether eliminate back pain, should pain, knee pain and more!

As noted in my personal testimonial I was able to eliminate chronic neck, shoulder and back pain through my visits to the Egoscue clinic in Boulder. It worked so well that I got certified through Egoscue Institute and began helping clients in 2012. Since then I have been fortunate enough to find and become certified in both Foundation Training and MUTU System.

These 3 modalities have helped me & many of my clients eliminate chronic pain, get stronger, move better, stabilize our spine and heal / strength our core & pelvic floor!
