Forward Head

Are you dealing with neck pain, upper trap pain or upper back pain that won’t go away? That was me for over 2 years. The pain in my neck and back was chronic and kept me from doing things I loved like running, biking and swimming. One of my main problems was my forward head posture, which nothing fixed until I started going corrective exercises created by Pete Egoscue, to realign my body from head to toe.
