Here’s what Mary had to say about this class:
I’ve really been enjoying the Zoom classes from the Pain Free Clinic. With my kids here all day every day it’s so hard to take time to do any stretching or exercising. Signing up for the classes has gives me a scheduled time to focus on me and my health. And I’m doing surprisingly well considering I can’t see my Chiropractor right now.
Thanks so much for helping me stay healthy, both physically and mentally Stasia!
