Pain Free Clinic of Denver and Modern Oriental Medicine are partnering to offer a women’s wellness workshop focused on postpartum healing. So many women have pelvic floor weakness (incontinence and prolapse) and split abdominal issues (diastasis recti) and don’t know how to naturally heal it. This interactive workshop will deal with these concerns as Stasia shares the causes and effects of diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness as well as a few safe and effective exercises to begin the healing process. Women of all ages (who’ve had kids or haven’t) are welcome!
