Core & Pelvic Floor Health & Fitness (Zoom Only)

Core & Pelvic Floor Health in a Nutshell

Core & Pelvic Floor Health & Fitness is a faster-paced, strength-building class that uses intentional movement and breathing to support your core, pelvis, and spine while improving posture, stability, and confidence in movement.

This class focuses on how the core and pelvic floor work together to support real-life movement—helping you build strength and control so you can move through daily life with less discomfort and more confidence.

Move, Lift, and Live with Confidence Through Core & Pelvic Floor Health

Learn how the movements taught in Core & Pelvic Floor Health & Fitness support everyday activities such as lifting, exercising, traveling, and long days on your feet—without fear of leaking, pain, or instability.

This work helps you move with strength and confidence in daily life by improving coordination between breath, core, and movement.

Core & Pelvic Floor Health Classes

Core & Pelvic Floor Health & Fitness is a 40-minute group class offered live on Zoom that builds strength, stability, and resilience through intentional movement and breathing.

This is my most rigorous class and is best for those ready to build strength and move with confidence.

Classes focus on breath and pressure management, pelvic floor and deep core coordination, and whole-body integration—tools that help support your spine and pelvis during real-life activities such as lifting, exercise, and daily movement.

We use purposeful movements, held positions, and conscious breathing to retrain how your body supports itself.
